JYW Consultants offers top quality expediting services to Architects, Contractors, Property Managers and Homeowners. Throughout all phases of your project, we will review all architectural drawings and in most cases clients are encouraged to e-mail project drawings to our office (pdf or CAD files), where our experienced professionals will review them for code compliance. If need it modifications may be suggested in order to reduce processing time.

Our staff will prepare all related documents need it for The Department of Buildings as well as file the appropriate applications as required by the project scope. We work closely with our clients to ensure that all their required permits are obtained in a timely manner so that their projects are completed on time.
