Certificates of Occupancy

We help our clients obtain a temporary and Final Certificate of Occupancy for buildings of all types.

To expedite this process we usually offer the following:

• Research of all outstanding items in the Building Information System (BIS) database.
• supply of temporary and final CO checklists to identify open items and responsible parties.
• Scheduling and attendance of Department of Building’s Construction Inspections.
• Assistance with sub-contractor signoffs, including Construction, Plumbing, Electrical, Elevator, and Fire Protection signoffs.

If need it we will do one or more of the following:

Signoff of open applications.

• Removal of open violations.
• Issuance of Equipment Use Permits.
• Issuance of Temporary Place of Assembly Permits.
